Ninth Key The Mediator Book 2 Meg Cabot Books
I really wanted to love this book but I didn’t like it as much as the first one. Don’t get me wrong – I thought it was good and I enjoyed reading it – but I felt like it lacked a little something. Suze continues her boy crazy journey right where she left off, and although she is still lusting over her ghost roomie from Shadowland, she turns her attention to another guy. A guy that doesn’t show her much attention or even get her name right half the time, yet she calls him her boyfriend. I think that’s part of what irked me about this book. Also, the plot was a bit deficient in some places. Such as her “boyfriend’s” weird family problems she deals with to how the book ended. It just kind of stopped almost like “well I’m glad that’s over”, when it really didn’t feel absolved at all. I am continuing to read the series because overall I enjoy it, but unfortunately, The Ninth Key in particular did not meet my expectations.Tags : Amazon.com: Ninth Key (The Mediator, Book 2) (9780060725129): Meg Cabot: Books,Meg Cabot,Ninth Key (The Mediator, Book 2),HarperTeen,0060725125,Horror,Mysteries & Detective Stories,Romance - General,Death;Fiction.,Ghosts;Fiction.,Time travel;Fiction.,California,Children's 12-Up - Fiction - Fantasy,Children: Young Adult (Gr. 7-9),Death,Fantasy & Magic,Fiction,Fiction-General,Ghosts,Horror & Ghost Stories,JUVENILE,Juvenile Fiction,Juvenile Grades 7-9 Ages 12-14,Serials, any number,TEEN'S FICTION - GENERAL,Time travel,United States,YOUNG ADULT FICTION,YOUNG ADULT FICTION Horror,YOUNG ADULT FICTION Mysteries & Detective Stories,YOUNG ADULT FICTION Romance General,Young Adult Fiction Ghost Stories,Young Adult Fiction Romance Paranormal,Young Adult Fiction Thrillers & Suspense,Fantasy & Magic,Horror & Ghost Stories,YOUNG ADULT FICTION Horror,YOUNG ADULT FICTION Mysteries & Detective Stories,YOUNG ADULT FICTION Romance General,Young Adult Fiction Ghost Stories,Young Adult Fiction Romance Paranormal,Young Adult Fiction Thrillers & Suspense,Children's 12-Up - Fiction - Fantasy,Death,Fiction,Ghosts,Time travel,YOUNG ADULT FICTION,Children: Young Adult (Gr. 7-9)
Ninth Key The Mediator Book 2 Meg Cabot Books Reviews
I got 4 books together, ordered them the day before chirstmas ever (23rd), and got them the first week of January. They were all packaged together in plastic, then bubble rapped, and then in the box, books were brand new and amazing. I'm glad i ordered them from ] always get the best of the best.
Great read.
I wish I could write a review about the book, but, unfortunately, the seller, Quality Bargain Mall, sent me a book without the first 47 pages in it. I understood the book to be "used", but I was unaware that it would be totally un-useable! Not only did I waste the money I spent on this book, now I have to buy it again somewhere else! Very disappointed!
Love these books, they are real page turners. I haven't read any of her books I didn't like👍🏻
Meg Cabot strikes again. Fun read
Part of the best series!
2nd book in mediator series. These are silly pop culture filled teen reads. I love the main character and how independent she is. The minor romance in this one was similar to the first, and the mystery plot came with some interesting twists. Stick with this series it's still good.
